Kyocera wins 12 BLI 2024 Awards, including A3 Line of the Year, from Keypoint Intelligence
Kyocera Document Solutions, Inc. and CopyLady are pleased to announce that Kyocera has won 12 Buyers Lab (BLI) 2024 Awards from Keypoint Intelligence, including the BLI 2024 A3 Line of the Year Award and the BLI 2024-26 Most Color Consistent A3 Brand Award. These recognitions underscore the company’s enduring commitment to offering reliable, high-quality and innovative products that enable customers to succeed.
The 2024 A3 Line of the Year Award from Keypoint Intelligence, a leading market research firm, was granted after thorough testing of Kyocera’s entire A3 lineup. Kyocera’s A3 devices exhibited superior performance during this testing, and Keypoint Intelligence acknowledged consistently strong reliability, ease of use and image quality.
The research firm also pointed to the reuse of empty black toner bottles from Kyocera’s A3 machines as waste toner containers as a particularly impressive highlight.
This award serves as a reminder that Kyocera boasts a broad portfolio of A3 products that can meet and exceed the requirements of hybrid working environments.
“We are truly honored to receive such an outstanding series of awards from Keypoint Intelligence,” says Óscar Sánchez, President & CEO of Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. “Our organization’s pioneering spirit and customer-centric focus have been proven for over 60 years. They continue to drive our creation of innovative products designed to provide modern professionals with solutions to their most pressing challenges.”
Kyocera also received the 2024-26 Most Color Consistent A3 Brand Award, which is presented every three years. This award considers results from the last five years of color-consistency analysis. Keypoint Intelligence technicians printed IT8 color test targets at specific points during a Kyocera device’s reliability test, which were measured using a calibrated Xrite i1Pro2 spectrophotometer configured with the Xrite IO table and Xrite i1Profiler software.
“Our dedication to excellence courses through every vein of our organization. By staying true to the guiding values of our founder, Dr. Kazuo Inamori, we have taken pride in constructing a powerful portfolio of solutions that deliver productivity, quality, and sustainability,” concludes Mr. Sánchez.
Customers today demand reliability, faster-than-average first-print-out times (FPOTs) in multiple formats, stellar image quality, usability and easy maintenance — all of which were found in these Kyocera devices.
Keypoint Intelligence also highlighted below-average color scan file sizes, better-than-average searchable PDF accuracy, valuable help guides and remote-control panel access as factors that contributed to Kyocera’s Pick Awards this year.
“Kyocera offers an excellent lineup of A3 MFPs — congratulations to the company on winning one of our coveted Line of the Year Awards!” said Anthony Sci, President and CEO of Keypoint Intelligence. “These devices delivered exceptional results and some of the noteworthy scan features and test data clearly point toward accelerating your digital transformation (DX) needs for today’s hybrid workplace. Coupled with its award-winning color consistency and that Kyocera earned our seal after passing the first phase of Keypoint Intelligence Security Validation Testing, it is clear to us that Kyocera has a holistic approach to developing its hardware, leaving no stone unturned.”
Kyocera’s founder, Dr. Kazuo Inamori, once said, “Those who aim high will reap great success.” The company’s BLI Awards this year are further evidence of the enduring impact of those words, which continue to serve as a North Star for Kyocera and drive its approach to creating increasingly innovative solutions for customers.
