Hello, and happy Tuesday! We’ve made it halfway through 2025!
This post is going to talk about a process that most dread, but reap the benefits of after the fact: Moving. Yep, that’s right! Moving your business from one location to another can be a daunting task, between getting essential services established at the new location, and getting all of your furniture and equipment in place just how you like it.
Fortunately, there’s one major piece of equipment you won’t have to worry about moving: The copy machine!
Why? Well, because we’ll do that for you! You may think to yourself “I can move this thing, why would I want the dealer to do it??” Well, let’s touch on two big points:
First, when we move your copier, we’ll set it back up for you. This includes getting it connected to your network, and ensuring that everyone can print, scan and fax. If you have any new employees that came in before your move, we’ll train them on the operation of the machine. Essentially it’ll be exactly like when you first got the machine.
Second, and this is the big one: If you move the equipment, and it gets damaged during that move, we will repair it, However you would be responsible for the full cost of any replacement parts the machine may need to restore proper function. If we move it and it gets damaged during the move, We will repair it at no cost to you.
Here’s a breakdown of the total move process:
* THE CALL: If you are planning to move to a new location, call us and let us know. We will ask you a few questions, such as if there are stairs at either location, etc, and give you a quote for that move, as well as schedule a date and time that works for you. The quote covers the loading, transport, unloading and installation of your equipment at your new location. Depending on your contract, you could also use this move as an excellent time to refresh your copier with a newer one!
* THE PICKUP: On the day of the move, our technicians will come to your old location to disconnect and load up the copier, as well as any accessories and consumables (toners, etc).
* THE DELIVERY: Our technicans will transport your machine from the old location directly to your new location. From there, they will unload and place the machine where you want it to be set up.
* THE INSTALLATION: Just like when you first got your copier, our technicians will do a full installation of your equipment, from networking to printing and scanning. We will also perform any training if needed.
