CopyLady was founded in 2002 by our fearless leader, Cynthia Duff. Cynthia started the company with the ultimate goal of accomplishing what was once thought impossible: To provide reliable office equipment coupled with the fastest service response times in the industry. Cynthia came onto the scene with a very strong background both in office equipment and in sales.

The company began its life in a small business office in Fort Myers, with Cynthia working hard to bring her dream into reality. She hit the ground running and accomplished this in her first year with our very first customer. That very customer is still with CopyLady to this day, because of the excellent service that we have provided to them.

In 2007, Our current Vice President, Dan Detrick, joined the company as Cynthia’s sales manager. Today, he helps Cynthia run the company. Combined, they bring well over 35 years of experience in the office equipment industry to the table. Dan is a graduate from Florida State University. (Go Noles!)

Cynthia and Dan are very active in the community, including with the Fort Myers Rotary Club, as well as Abuse Counseling & Treatment, a local Domestic Violence support organization, as well as with the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. We are a proud supporter of many charitable organizations across Southwest Florida.

As CopyLady’s customer base grew, so did their employee base. With that growth, a new office location was necessary. The company would move to a location off Beacon Manor, then finally to our current location at 1949 Dana Drive, Just across from Page Field.

Fast forward to present day, and Cynthia’s passion for the company has never been stronger. It is thanks to her that CopyLady is the company it is today. To this day, no one anywhere in the world has ever been able to match CopyLady’s 2 Hour response times!

We sell and service a full array of office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, scanners, electronic filing systems, and phone systems If it is in your office and has anything to do with a document, let us help you take charge of your documents so you can do what you do best, which is running your company.

But it wasn’t enough to simply lease, rent, sell or service our own machines. We wanted to do more for our community! We also service any and all makes and models of office equipment, such as Kyocera, Epson, HP, Ricoh, Konica-Minolta, Brother, Lexmark, and more. We can repair anything ranging from copy machines to paper shredders. If it involves document management in any way, We’re there!

Did you know that we also lease, sell and service plotters? If you’re an artist, architect, CAD designer, or even an engineer, then you need a highly reliable plotter! We have you covered with sizes all the way up to 44 inches! We may not be able to build you a house, but we sure can help you print out the blueprints for one!

We employ a fully-trained support and administration team to answer your phone call in two rings or less.  Calls are dispatched to our help desk to diagnose any issue remotely and, in many cases, help you resolve the problem within a few minutes of your call. We’re just that amazing! We’ll even give you some awesome tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your equipment! Ask us anything, and we’ll gladly answer it! From a question as simple as loading paper or performing a scan, to more complex inquiries such as changing toners, clearing a paper jam or changing a setting on your machine, we can help!

If our help desk cannot get you back up and running immediately, then one of our factory-trained and certified technicians will be on-site within two hours of your call. Our highly trained technicians are always ready to resolve any issue affecting your equipment.

As a locally owned independent dealer, our clients benefit from flexibility and convenience. We carry all the supplies and parts your machine needs in our Fort Myers warehouse, so you will never have to wait for them to come from out of state. Any parts that do need to be ordered are always on hand by the next business day.

Of course, if we cannot fix your equipment on site, we will bring you a complimentary loaner machine, so you can keep your flow going while we bring your equipment back to full operation!*
