WHAT IS COPYLADY? 
CopyLady is your full-service Kyocera dealer, founded in 2002 and located in Fort Myers, Florida.  For more info, see our About section. 

WHAT DOES COPYLADY DO? 
CopyLady sells, leases, rents and services office copiers and printers. While our primary brand is Kyocera, we service ALL makes and models. 

WHAT BRAND COPIERS DOES COPYLADY SELL? 
Our primary brand is Kyocera, but we also have our own in-house CopyLady brand. We also sell Epson and KIP Plotters. 

WHERE IS COPYLADY LOCATED? 
We are located at 1949 Dana Dr, Fort Myers FL 33907. Directly across US-41 from Page Field. 

DOES COPYLADY SERVICE NON-KYOCERA COPIERS? 
Absolutely! CopyLady services ALL makes and models! 

HOW DO I CONTACT COPYLADY? 
There are three ways you can contact us:

WHEN I CALL COPYLADY, WILL I GET A LIVE PERSON? 
Absolutely! We NEVER use phone trees, auto attendants, or call centers. When you call CopyLady, you will ALWAYS reach a live person. 

I WANT TO ORDER A COPIER FROM COPYLADY. HOW DO I PROCEED? 
You can either contact us at 239-939-5383, or request a FREE quote via our Quote Request form.

DOES MY COPYLADY COPIER COME WITH A SERVICE CONTRACT?
Yes. All CopyLady lease/rental copiers include a service contract. 

CAN I LEASE/RENT A COPIER WITHOUT A SERVICE CONTRACT? 
No. Service contracts are part of the lease/rental process. 

I HAVE A LEASE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. IF I LEASE FROM COPYLADY, WILL COPYLADY HELP ME WITH MY EXISTING LEASE? 
Yes. Consult your sales agent. They will be able to advise on how to work with your prior leasing company. 

CAN I BUY MY COPIER AT THE END OF MY LEASE TERM? 
Consult your sales agent as they will be able to assist you with buyout options, if available. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED ON THE CONTRACT? 
A CopyLady Service Contract includes maintenance, repairs, parts and supplies such as toner/ink.  

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES COPYLADY ACCEPT? 
We gladly accept Credit/Debit Cards, ACH* and Checks*  
 * = ACH/Check option ONLY available on CopyLady service contracts & leases. 

HOW CAN I PAY MY INVOICES? 
You can pay in one of three ways: 
   * By using our convenient online portal. You can also establish automatic payments through our portal using either a Credit/Debit Card, or ACH via a checking account. 
   * By phone at 239-939-5383
   * By mail using a physical check. 
   *** NOTE: For 3rd Party Lease payments, refer to the invoices sent from the leasing company. 

IF I CALL COPYLADY FOR SERVICE, DOES THE TECH COME SAME DAY? 
Unlike other dealers, We pride ourselves on our 2-Hour Response Time Guarantee. This means that a tech will be at your location within 2 hours of your call to us. 

WILL COPYLADY SET UP MY NEW COPIER? 
Yes. When you order a copier from CopyLady, Our technicians will deliver and set up the equipment. This includes networking, and setting up features such as scanning. 

DOES MY NEW COPIER COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS? 
Yes. Our technicians will also provide full training on the operation of the equipment during the delivery process. 

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE COPIER? 
Absolutely! Order as many as you need!

DOES COPYLADY SEND A TECH TO CHANGE OUT TONERS AND INKS? 
No. These are considered consumable items, which are end-user replaceable. We will show you how to do this during the training period of the delivery. 

DOES COPYLADY PROVIDE PAPER WITH MY COPIER? 
No. Paper is not included in your service contract. You are, however, welcome to order paper from CopyLady if you wish to do so! 

HOW DO I REQUEST SERVICE ON MY COPIER? 
We have 3 ways you can request service on your equipment: 
    * By calling us at 239-939-5383. This is the BEST way as you will ALWAYS reach a LIVE PERSON.

    * By using our Service Request form. 

HOW DO I ORDER TONER
As long as you are on our Toner Replenishment System (TRS), The process of ordering supplies for your equipment is handled automatically. There is no need to manually order supples. For those who are NOT on our TRS system due to special circumstances, you do have the option to call in your order. 

CAN I PURCHASE EXTRA TONER?
Yes, although it’s recommended to let our TRS help you with your toner needs. You can call us at 239-939-5383 and speak with our warehouse manager. 

CAN I BUY TONER FOR A NON-COPYLADY MACHINE? 
Yes. You will need to call us at 239-939-5383 to speak to our warehouse manager. Be sure to provide the make and model of your equipment, so that we may provide you with the proper supplies. 

ARE SHIPPING COSTS COVERED BY MY CONTRACT ON TONER/INK? 
No. 

WHAT IS TRS? 
TRS, or Toner Replenishment System, is a system that monitors your copier(s) supply levels, as well as the usage meters. This system is not only used to keep you supplied with toner, but it is also used to ensure accurate monthly billing. 

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR TONER? 
No. Toner is included with your service contract. We do however, bill for lost toner replacements (Unless the loss is found to be the result of a carrier error), or if extra toner supply is requested. 

HOW DOES A SERVICE CONTRACT WORK?
Your service contract includes the service & supplies for your copier, as well as a set monthly payment amount, or base rate, and a set monthly copy/print allowance. Prints/copies made after the allowance has been exhausted are billed at a per-image rate, or overage rate. This allowance resets each month. The overage rate, your monthly base rate, and the allowances, are outlined on your contract.

CAN I CALL COPYLADY IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CONTRACT? 
Absolutely! 

WHAT IF I NEED A COPY OF MY CONTRACT? 
You will need to call us at 239-939-5383 OR use our contact form to submit your request. Please note that we will only provide this information to the person who signed the contract. 

DOES COPYLADY SERVICE PLOTTERS/WIDE FORMAT PRINTERS? 
Absolutely! We service all makes and models of wide format plotter! 

DOES COPYLADY RENT/LEASE/SELL WIDE FORMATS? 
Yes! We do carry and sell wide format plotters. 

WHAT BRANDS OF WIDE FORMAT DOES COPYLADY CARRY? 
Our two primary brands are KIP and Epson. 

DOES COPYLADY DO SERVICE CONTRACTS ON WIDE FORMATS? 
Absolutely! 

DO I GET THE SAME BENEFITS ON A WIDE FORMAT CONTRACT AS I WOULD ON A COPIER CONTRACT? 
Yes! All plotter contracts receive Service & our 2-Hour Response Guarantee. On some plotter contracts, Supplies are not included. This will be detailed on your contract paperwork. 

DOES COPYLADY CARRY ROLL PAPER FOR MY PLOTTER/WIDE FORMAT? 
Absolutely! Just contact us at 239-939-5383 whenever you need to reorder roll paper. 

WHAT TYPES OF ROLL PAPER ARE AVAILABLE? 
We carry all types of roll paper, from plain all the way up to gloss and photo papers. 

DOES COPYLADY CARRY FAX MACHINES? 
While CopyLady does not carry standalone FAX machines, FAX functionality CAN be added to your CopyLady copier! Let your sales agent know that you need FAX features on your copier, and they will make this happen. 

I HAVE A COPIER/PRINTER THAT IS NOT FROM COPYLADY. WILL COPYLADY SERVICE IT? 
Absolutely! We service ALL makes and models of printer/copier/wide format, regardless of where you got it. 

DOES COPYLADY BUY USED EQUIPMENT? 
No. 

CAN I PURCHASE COPYLADY EQUIPMENT OUTRIGHT INSTEAD OF LEASING OR RENTING? 
Yes. Consult your sales agent. 

IF I BUY MY COPIER OUTRIGHT, CAN I STILL GET A SERVICE CONTRACT? 
Yes! Even if you buy the machine versus leasing or renting it, you can still set up a service contract on it. 

CAN I PURCHASE A COPIER OUTRIGHT WITHOUT A SERVICE CONTRACT? 
You can, but we HIGHLY recommend getting a service contract with your equipment. Having a service contract can not only help you save money, but can save a headache when a problem occurs! 

CAN I GET A SERVICE CONTRACT ON EQUIPMENT I OWN ALREADY? 
This depends on many factors, such as the age of the equipment, and availability of parts and supplies. Consult your sales agent. 

DOES COPYLADY PROVIDE PRINT SHOP SERVICES? 
Yes we do! Not only do we sell/lease business equipment, we also provide printing, copying and scanning services!
