Good Morning, and Happy Tuesday! Today, we’re going to talk about something neat that you will definitely want to add to your current CopyLady service: The Gold Plus plan!
WHAT IS GOLD PLUS? This is a handy addon to your currently CopyLady service contract that gives you one of the biggest extras that you could never live without, for just a tiny bit per month!
Let’s say you get a new computer, and you need to be able to print from it, or even scan to it. Without GOLD PLUS, you have two options:
A: Pay CopyLady an hourly rate for the service
B: Attempt it yourself. (We DO have self help guides for printing, but scanning has a lot of different variables to it to put into a guide!)
With GOLD PLUS, you can call CopyLady, and our Help Desk techs will not only help you out, but they will do all the heavy lifting for you!
“But isn’t this part of my service with you?” The standard CopyLady agreement covers supplies (toners, etc) and basic equipment services (machine repair, loaner equipment, etc). It does not cover connectivity. That’s where GOLD PLUS comes in! GOLD PLUS gives you remote connectivity support!
WHAT DO YOU GET WITH GOLD PLUS: You get quite a bit with this nifty little swiss army knife of a plan, such as:
• Print/Scan troubleshooting: Can’t print or scan? We’ll help you out!
• Key Operator training: Need additional or advanced training on your copier? Just starting out in your position? We can help!
• Modifications needed after a change of applications or operating systems: Did your PC update? Did you have to reinstall your system due to some issue? We’ll help get you back up and running!
• Addition of new computer print drivers: Got some new PCs and employees that need to print? Yeah we got you covered!
• Reinstallation of deleted drivers: Did someone accidentally nuke their printer from their PC? No problem!
• Quick and secure remote desktop phone support
• Installation of print drivers on PC/MAC: Whether it’s Windows, MAC or even Linux, we’ll get it printing!
• Troubleshooting and resolving scanning-to-email or scan-to-folder issues (PC or Mac): Gotta scan that document? No problem!
