The Hole Punch: From Copier to Binder, and more!

Good Morning, and Happy Tuesday Everyone!!! The title of this post may have you scratching your head, Kinda like you’re on the $100,000 Pyramid! Let me help you out. Today’s post is about………Hole punching!

Yep, aside from stapling, collating and folding, your copier can also punch holes in your paper! This makes it easy for you to put your freshly printed documents into a 2 or 3 ring binder, or other document storage resource, such as a folder with that metal clip built into it.

Just like with folding, Your copier will require a finisher, with the hole punch accessory. You can request this from us when you order your copier.

When punching your holes, you definitely have choices! You can punch your holes along the sides, or at the top or bottom! You can do 2 holes, or even 3 holes!

You might be wondering “Where do all the little holes go after the punching?” There will be a container inside your copier’s finisher that collects these! When it gets full, you simply pull it out, dump it in the trash (Or recycling), and reinstall the container. That’s it!

Just when you think your copier does it all, It just comes right out with yet another really cool trick in it’s hardware!
